For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- Day 2: Phu Quoc Island explorer by jeep

09.00 Pick you up from your hotel and head to the North of Phu Quoc Island by jeep. Besides enjoying the exciting jeep drive on the island roads, you will have 1 hour hiking tour in the national park, to explore and enjoy the nature. Following the national park, you will continue driving to Rach Vem floating fishing village. This village offers great photo-opportunities and you will learn about the local fishermen daily routine.
Lunch will be at a special local restaurant that located at Ganh Dau Cape, with a view to Cambodia from your table. In addition to serving good food they also offer a very nice beach for swimming.
On the way back to the hotel, you will have one more stop at a very nice beach-bar to enjoy drinks (own expenses).
Tour end at your hotel at 5.00pm. Free time for dinner.Meals: B, L

- Day 3: Phu Quoc – Camping on the island

09:00am pick up at hotel and transfer to An Thoi harbor, welcome on board. Boat trip to visit 2 beautiful islands: Finger Nail island (relax/ swimming) and Dam Ngang island (snorkeling at coral reef kingdom).
After lunch, arrive to May Rut Island, prepare for camping tent. Enjoy the sunset BBQ Beach Party.

After breakfast, free time for relaxing, swimming, sunbathing, fishing or snorkeling.

Private tours are the way to go, if you can afford the few extra dollars. We had a guide and a driver all to ourselves. The guide was very informative, the scenery great and the driver very safe and courteous. Seeing all the various parts of the island was fun.

This is a very beautiful island with of golden sand and the water is definitely GREAT. We enjoyed shopping at night market and fishing cuttle. Phu Quoc National Park is also a great place to explore.
